We are in Ispra within the residential complex called "Ispra 70" surrounded by greenery, a small exclusive village where you can enjoy the tranquility and lake climate.
The villa is on a single floor, with two comfortable mezzanines used as sleeping area for a total of about 80 sqm. From the pedestrian entrance you go into the first garden of about 150 square meters and you get directly to the kitchen. Following the large living room, with sofa and dining area, with two French windows that make the environment very bright and lead to the back garden of about 250 square meters. Here you can enjoy in company or in total privacy, the sunny days lying on the bed or sitting at the table to eat.
In the living area there is a comfortable wooden staircase that leads to the loft, open to the living room, which can be used as space for smart working, play or as an additional bedroom.
From the living room there is direct access to the main bedroom, very large, where you can also find space for three single beds, with access to the first bathroom complete with bathtub. A wooden staircase leads to the master bedroom on the mezzanine, where we find the second bathroom with shower.

Wir sind in Ispra in der Wohnanlage namens "Ispra 70" im Grünen, einem kleinen exklusiven Dorf, wo man die Ruhe und das Klima des Sees genießen kann.
Das Haus befindet sich auf einer einzigen Etage, mit zwei bequemen Zwischengeschoßen als Schlafbereich für insgesamt ca. 80 qm. Vom Fußgängereingang geht es in den ersten Garten von ca. 150 qm und kommt direkt in die Küche.
