Ho imparato a vendere e valorizzare qualunque tipologia di

immobile grazie a un metodo di vendita che ho messo a punto quando, da

investitore, acquistavo, ristrutturavo e rivendevo appartamenti. Ho anche

commesso errori con i miei soldi, ma proprio da questi sbagli ho tratto le

Oltre a essere specializzato in investimenti immobiliari e

nell’acquisto di immobili attraverso le aste giudiziarie, mi appassiona particolarmente la vendita di

immobili complessi — come tenute, aziende agricole, agriturismi e ville — più

per l’orgoglio di portare a termine operazioni sfidanti che per la commissione

(anche se, ovviamente, è importante).

Pur non avendo ancora un inglese perfetto, sto studiando per

complex properties—such as estates, farms, agritourisms, and villas—not just
