After graduating in Business Administration from Italy's top business school: Bocconi University, I took a position at a

consulting firm in Vienna before completing my studies with a Master's degree in International Finance, Audit & Control in

Luxembourg. From there, I worked in Asset Management in the Real Estate department of TMF Group, serving clients

such as Merrill Lynch and ADIA, the Investment Authority of Abu Dhabi.

I was later transferred to Amsterdam and then Sydney working in the Hedge Fund Services Department before

moving to Los Angeles where I opened my own Real Estate Investment firm. I was involved with real estate

development, structural renovations, architectural design, property management, and short-term rentals.

In 2020, I moved back to Italy and obtained my real estate license. I started working for Sotheby's International Realty

before joining ReMax to have access to a much broader network throughout the country. In 2021, I launched my

website SpadaforaRealty.com and created my own team to assist international investors and homebuyers in securing real estate in Italy, providing info on tax incentives, market analysis, and investment opportunities.

I also lived in Buenos Aires and spent long periods in the Dominican Republic and Turkey. My wife is American and we just had a son.

Most clients who come to me live abroad, making me realize the need to serve non-Italian-speaking

individuals. For that purpose, I opened a TikTok channel with informative videos about Real Estate in Italy.
