Nato intorno al '1700 d.c. come palmento e dimora, tra le rovine dell'impero romano ed i fiumi di lava che da sempre rendono fertile la mia terra, nonostante qualche ruga del tempo, conservo ancora il mio maestoso aspetto che sa di storia, di natura, di vita.
Intorno più di 6000 mq di terra ricca di alberi da frutto, ampi spazi che fungono da parcheggio, un'area giochi per bambini, animali ed un impianto d'irrigazione alimentato da flussi
d'acqua provenienti da un prezioso pozzo romano.
Varcando l'ingresso del locale è possibile deliziare il vostro palato ammirando i resti dell'antichissimo palmento, apprezzando contemporaneamente la modernità degli impianti di aerazione,

Crossing the entrance of the building, it is possible to delight your palate by admiring the remains of the ancient mill, appreciating at the same time the modernity of the ventilation systems, the spacious and efficient kitchens thanks to the presence of machinery, appliances, and various equipment that make work activities comfortable. On both fronts, there are two beautiful terraces where you can relax by drinking a glass of wine on summer evenings.
